Soft washing is how we wash houses. 

It is simply a more effective cleaning process. 

Where pressure washing works by applying water at a high pressure rate of flow, soft washing uses a fraction of that. Between 150-300 psi, or about the pressure of a garden hose. Also, soft washing allows us to stay safely on the ground and spray the desired area in which we can apply our cleaning solution to whatever the material and structure. 

Another advantage that soft washing offers, is the capability to not only wash the organic growth off, but to actually be able to brighten the lighter colored gutter faces, soffit, drip edge and some fascia. We’re convinced that no matter how much pressure you want to use, unless you introduce a cleaning solution, you will not be able to remove oxidation, black tiger stripes, or mold growth. We tend to think of soft washing as a way of cleaning AND disinfecting an area. No matter what the surface is comprised of, it will be cleaned and yet handled with care. 

Whether you have a lime or calcium buildup or rust & iron stains around your spigots, with irrigation stains or rusty water leaks, these are all examples of staining. And these are also the many surface types that our cleaning process safely works on. The stains can be an eyesore or worse if not removed they could eventually destroy metal as it only needs a small bare spot to start attacking. Rust could also stain adjacent painted surfaces. This happens when the iron in your water is not visible, but as it is exposed to the air, it oxidizes and leaves brown or orange stains behind. We can prep and then clean the area so the only thing cleaned or removed are the rust, calcium or lime buildup stains themselves. Any plant life or any other structure will be covered and protected. Then, we can treat and soft wash the rusted or stained area, and leave the rest of your property unharmed and as beautiful as it can be. 

Soft washing leaves off at screen porch cleaning. Screen porches have really changed through the years and they are no longer the loosely wrapped 4 to 6 post frame with wrinkled steel mesh attached. Todays screen porches provide a whole other room and are made with stronger but lighter materials and give people a great place for unique views and refuge from annoying insects and other pests.
